Time - In looking back, why does it seem to have moved so quickly Wow! We are already in the second month of 2015. As I reflected on my year of being the "acting" COO of The Home of Truth, it seemed like only weeks had passed. Yet in looking forward to an event or reaching a goal, time seems to have the pace of a snail.
I suggest it is because time is created by us from moment to moment. We have clocks and calendars to manage time, but how we perceive its passing is entirely dependent on how we are being. When I stay in the present, time has no meaning to me. It is only when I fall back into "future tripping" or regretting something I did or didn't do in the past, that time seems to crawl like a snail.
